DOMINICAN FLAG RAISING

We proudly hoist the Dominican flag twice a year on Canadian soil to inspire nationwide patriotism collectively and simultaneously, involving families of all ages and diversities to celebrate our culture, history, and independence.

We have been hosting this grand event since 2017, alongside prominent national and international figures from the political, business, intellectual, and artistic spheres, in cities such as Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, and at Niagara Falls in Ontario.

Each year, we dedicate this flag-raising ceremony to distinguished individuals who contribute to society in various fields, selected or suggested by the public through voting.
